3 Steps to Stop Procrastination

Procrastination is the most common bad habit. The worst, procrastination has become our way of life. People who procrastinate are essentially making a conscious decision, though they may be able to escape the pain for short term, eventually all those piled up works will haunt them again.
There 3 effective steps you can used to overcome the procrastination:
1. List out the things you procrastinate
The more common examples include:
- Delay in paying credit card bills
- Not doing housework, leaving your room remained in dirty state
- Not telling your colleague that they have been doing certain things the wrong way
2. List out failure due to procrastination
This can be done by listing out important goals that you have failed to achieve due to procrastination. Once you realize how dire the consequences can be if you procrastinate on your mission, you will become much more motivated to kill this bad habit once and for all.
3. Get out of the comfort zone
It looks much easier to use the same, old, familiar method to do everything in your life. However, what if there is another route out there that is even more effective yet more relaxing, waiting for you to make full use of it? Open up your eyes and explore beyond your comfort zone. You will soon discover that there are a lot of easier, faster methods to solve certain problems that you do not even bother to procrastinate.
