Create Your Own Hypnotic Suggestions

A successful hypnosis session will only concentrate on one area of improvement at a time. Trying to cram a fix for every area of your life at the same time would be a waste. The human mind responds best to simplicity. Keep in mind, that the suggestion should come after you have already been induced into a hypnosis trance. The latter would be the most beneficial.
First let’s think about what your end goal would be. Would you like to lose weight? How much weight? What is your optimal body fat percentage. Try to get as detailed as possible.
Next come up with something you would have to do differently in order to achieve this goal. Would you have to work out? After that, think of two things you can do to support the new behavior you want to create. Then write down a sentence that describes you doing do two things above.
Then add your goal to this statement. Let’s use lose weight as the example, “I’ll get my body fat to 7% as I go to bed on time in order to wake up every morning early enough to get to the gym.” You also should add specific directions at the end of this statement. Like, “Therefore, I will go to bed at 10 p.m. every night and wake up moment my alarm sounds every morning.”
Once you have constructed the statement, visualize it to yourself with as much detail as possible. Try to include sight, hearing, smelling, and tasting into the imagery. After the visualization exercise, you may use a wake-up statement along with your suggestion. An example of that would be like, “My mind has now absorbed what I had said and is beginning to make the necessary changes in my brain. At the count of five I will wake up feeling refreshed and alert. One, two, three, four, five.”
Keep playing with this method to come up with different types of suggestions to fix different areas of your life. Just remember one area of improvement at a time.
