How do I Hypnotize Myself

Do you want to know how do I hypnotize myself? Well, let’s check what the hypnosis means? Hypnosis is a deep state of physical relaxation and actually produces a heighten state of mental alertness. It has been proven to be an effective psychological treatment for various illnesses and addictions.
Since hypnosis is basically self hypnosis you can perform it yourself and hypnotize yourself for free. Here step by step for you:
1. Find a comfortable position and get into a position that you will be able to maintain easily for the time you are going to hypnotize yourself. It can be sitting or lying down, though sitting is recommended to prevent you from falling asleep. Get yourself relax. Make sure you are not going to be disturbed.
2. Close your eyes and try to free your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety. However, you may find that your thoughts will keep intruding. When this happens, don’t try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then let them slip away.
3. While breathing in and out, imagine each part of your body giving in to the state of utter relaxation. Mentally tell each part to relax and release the tension. Waking up, summon each part of your body to come out of their relaxed state and open your eyes feeling energized and refreshed.
4. When you exhale, picture all the tension and negativity leaving your body as if a dark cloud is floating away from you. As you inhale, see the cloud returning as a bright light filled with life and energy.
5. Then, imagine you are at the top of a Hill. On the hill are granite steps that lead all the way to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to walk down the hill, counting each step down, starting at 10. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation. Keep counting and stepping down until you reach the bottom. Once you reach the bottom imagine that you are filled with happiness and joy.
6. At this point, think specifically about what change you want to invoke in yourself. Make it in the present tense. For the example “I am a confidence person” “I am healthy” etc. Repeat your affirmations as many times as you wish. (Since this is the most important part, I will make another article about the right affirmations soon)
7. When you feel you have fully invoked your affirmations into your subconscious mind, count to 10, as you are counting picture yourself walking back up the hill. When you reach the number 10, you will slowly return to normal consciousness and remain calm and relaxed.
Now you know how do I hypnotize myself, it’s time to put it in action. Hypnosis allows us to recondition our thought patterns and influence ourselves with positive thoughts and affirmations. With the use of positive affirmations and a genuinely positive attitude we can effectively lead a more prosperous and productive life.
