Is Empathy Difficult to Practice?

Most people are conceited over who they think they were made of, because their minds had perceived how important is “I” than anyone else. It is an undeniable fact that when they are high on the pedestal, they choose to be blind to what they could clearly see.
We should not end up with sleepless nights by allowing anger to brew. By learning the reasons why people could change boils down to the degree of your acceptance of their change. With only a little understanding, it makes a world of difference and it will not be so bad to the feeling after all.
Has anyone realized how he looks like when he eats to satisfy his hunger? How the pupils dilated at the sight of what is most desired when it is within reach? Or how his countenance betrays him when jealousy prevails?
It is all about being judgmental. People derive a perceived idea on another without hesitating to give intelligence a chance to sieve over what is perceived. Judging by sight is deceiving but by allowing serenity to rule is a matter of how we could be a better person!
By being able to do so, it will allow empathy to emerge and understand the sorry state the person is in. It is about the endearing thought by allowing everyone to live and let live as it should be.

I think empathising with someone is another reason we have to learn the world is the way it is, not as we want or expect it to be. When we realise and accept that, we accept sistuations, and others, much more easily and can work on solutions rather than being discontent with the way things are.
When we have this attitude, we can also look at things from another perspective, even if their values and beliefs are different from our own.
