Law of Attraction and Gratitude

This article cover about the relation between LOA (Law of Attraction) and Gratitude, so if you don’t know about Law of Attraction, please visit your nearly books store and look for the book titled “The Secret”.
The main point of LOA is if we focus on something we will attract it, whatever it is a positive things or negative things. Now, if you want to attract the positive things, you have to learn about gratitude, then you will be able to focus on the good things in their lives.
When you look around though you notice that the people who show their gratitude are also the people who seem happiest. Here are several things you can do to help you more grateful:
1. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for and hang the list somewhere where you will see it.
2. Each day make a list of ten things you are grateful for.
3. Write poetry or stories about things you are grateful for.
4. Spend time meditating each day on things you are grateful for.
5. Make action plans to get more of what you are grateful for.
This is the basic pillars of the Law of Attraction. The more you focus on what you want the more likely it will come to you. Be grateful for that too.

I used to think the law of attraction was complete rubbish….surprisingly enough my life was complete rubbish at the time!!
I think people get a little disheartened when they think for a week they want more moeny and when it doesn’t materialise they give up. It is a lot deeper than that, but well worth learning about.

I used to really struggle with the concept of gratitude, it seemed to have too many religious associations for my liking so I simply switched off to it.
But after studying the LOA more, I can see the importance of it. The more we show gratitude the more we will have to show gratitude for.
