NLP Reframing Exercises to Better Situations

The purpose of the NLP Reframing Exercises is to take us out of our frames and out of box to sit outside for a better view of things or situations. “Reframing” is coined to describe the boxed opinions we create about ourselves and our attempt to purge these boundaries and cross into an almost entirely different domain.
In NLP reframing there are two basic forms: Context Reframing and Content reframing.
Context Reframing is the kind of shift in perspective achieved by viewing the positive side of a situation. The indicator is like this “He’s too…..” or “I’m too…”, For the example:
“An angry father drags his teenage daughter in to see the hypnotherapist. He says, “She’s too headstrong! She never listens to me and she won’t obey me!” The hypnotherapist replies, “Isn’t it wonderful that when she grows up she’ll be able to stand on her own two feet and no one will push her around?” According to the story, this comment literally took the wind out of the father’s sails, diffused his anger and he was forced to admit his daughter’s headstrong nature was indeed a positive thing.”
Now it’s your turn to do the Context Reframing Exercises. Take a minute, think about you that people have said is “too” this or that, then reframe it into your greatest strength:
Content reframing means focus on the better things in our lives. The indicator is like this “Whenever ‘X’ happens, I respond ‘Y’.” For the example:
“Whenever my boss criticizes me I respond by getting really defensive and hurt and I feel like a failure”
Do the Content Reframing Exercises now. Think of a problem you have and see if you can find a different interpretation of it that is more resourceful. Whatever is going on in your life or work can be creatively re-interpreted to empower you and to move to to a resourceful state rather than wherever it was taking you.
With NLP reframing exercises, we are given a chance to redeem our lives and perspective, with a simple shift in view. Focusing on one happy thought instead of worrying countless and endless worries will ensure a more positive outlook in us. The scientific and technological break-through and approach to living a happier life is a much welcomed breather.

Actually, reframing like a positive thinking, but we think more advance… More practice, we can view better situation.
