Most of us know that focus is very important to take control of our future. This article will show you the NLP technique for focus and take the control of your mind. This technique will help you to make yourself feel better.
NLP Technique for Focus in 5 Steps:
1. Think about the most pleasant event in your life. Pick an event, any pleasant event from the lot. Focus on just one event at the time.
2. Focus down to the moment that sticks with you the most in your memory. Let’s focus on that moment now for a second. What city did that moment take place of? What color are you associating with the event? Recall the other people that were there? What did they look like? Recall the exact feelings that overwhelmed you in that moment.
3. Manipulate that image. We will not change the past here. Just imagine that same event bigger, as if someone is taking a video shot of you in that moment and is projecting your image on the big screen. The image is clear and very bright. Going further, imagine you entering into that bigger and brighter projected picture and becoming that picture. Experience the same event enormously magnified and brighter.
4. Now make the approving sounds of the people that were with you in that moment even louder and louder still. Make the nature sounds or any other sounds in that moment louder.
5. Observe your feelings as you have magnified the visual and the auditory experience of the pleasant event. Are you able to say that manipulating the image of the event into a bigger and stronger image made you feel better?
If you have answered yes to this question, you will feel better at any given moment. This NLP technique for focus is not only make you feel better, if you keep practice it, I’m sure you will get focus easily.
