Reach Your Goal with NLP

Everybody have a dream, but I’m sure, most of them, don’t have a specific goals. Not believe? Most of them set BIG goal like: ‘I will become a millionaire’. That is not specific. And maybe, if they make a specific goal, they will make like this: ‘I will become a millionaire like Bill Gates’. Yes, that is a specific goal, but not too extreme. Do you know how much money he have?
Your goal should be specific and realistic, not be too extreme, it should be attainable. I’m not say that you can’t rich like Bill Gates, yes, you can, but not in 1-2 years. If you have a BIG goal, you need to make it specific, after that, you need intermediate goals which are more realistic.
For the example, I own a house costing $500,000. I need to work out how long it will take me to get that money. And by which time I will have moved toward your goal.
Then the next step is ‘how to achieve it’. Here is a NLP method to help you.
First, think what you are normally attracted to, and what you normally move away from. This could be action versus boredom or numerical problems versus theoretical problems. If you have a lively mind, you probably look for action and don’t like boredom, doing nothing. Also, some people thrive on solving numerical problems, but are confused in fainter or theoretical problems where numbers don’t help.
So, what you do is decide what attracts and what repels you in these generic senses. NLP training will help you to explore things that attract you and those that don’t. Then, you set about doing the things that attract you, and which help you reach your goal. At the same time, you make sure that you avoid doing things you don’t like doing and which will not help you attain your goals.
Also you have to set the dates which you will achieve various parts of your goals. For the example, ‘on such-and-such a date’, I will have $10,000 or ‘on such-and-such a date’, I will have moved into a bigger house. Start with something small like setting up a saving account that you pay for your goal.
