Positive thinking affirmation is a method to help you to begin thinking positively about whatever situation you find yourself in and reduce the negatives thinking. Positive thinking affirmations involve identifying the positives in a situation, and then focusing on those positives.
With the power of positive thinking affirmation, you are able to do plenty and get the edge you want in your life. Positive affirmation actually short, personalized messages that address you. So you are speaking to yourself and telling yourself that you can or you will be able to, you will actually formulate the right environment for your mind to reprogram itself and make you a better person.
There are countless positive thinking affirmations, and there is no rule that prevents you from using as many as you are comfortable with. In this article, I will give to 3 tips to writing positive thinking affirmation. Here we go:
1. Make a list of all the things you want in your life and all the things in your life you do not like.
2. Create present tense, emotionally charged sentences that you will be writing everyday from that list. For the example, if you do not like your financial situation, you can write something like this: “I am so thankful I have an abundance of money.”
3. Write and read them everyday.
The most important thing is the third one. Why? For most people, after some of their things they used to write came true, they no longer had to write them. It is very powerful when you write these everyday and start chipping away at the programming that is currently in your subconscious.
With positive thinking affirmation, you will be able to keep focus on the positives, and let the negatives slide away.
